Return Policy

Can  I return my order?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!
We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of "She Got Hair & Co.", because we understand that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions that's why we take care of the hassle for you with our custom coloring services.
You must contact us first before returning your package at sheg0thairandco@gmail.com during Business Hours within the seven (7) day return period. All She Got Hair & Co. extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product.

When will I receive my refund?
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the She Got Hair & Co. security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 2-3 business days, depending on your bank.

Can I make an exchange?
Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, uncombed, not brushed, no fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you and a refund will not be processed.

Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and reason for return!
You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because we will not be responsible for lost returns.
We recommend that you USPS to send your return.
